Family Consumer Science

Eighth grade Family and Consumer Science class enjoys an international feast after a week long unit on cultural foods. Nine groups of students researched different countries and got information on economy, diet, family life and natural resources. They selected a recipe representing the country, prepared it and then enjoyed tasting the foods from all of the countries.
