March 9, 2018

Spring Break is next week.  Enjoy your week off!  See you on Monday, March 19th to start fourth quarter.

The SOTW this week is to clean up your area in the cafeteria before being dismissed to recess. When you clean up your area, you are demonstrating that you are a responsible, respectful student.

Do you have a special talent you would like to share?  Would you like to get up on stage and perform?  If so, please join us for Irving’s first annual talent show.  “Stars on S 22nd St” will be at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, May 22nd.  Auditions will be held the week after spring break.  To sign up for auditions, you can either go to the online newspaper or use the jump code PIGM.

Mr. Faulkner was nominated for a Staff Like by Traeton Brandt because he is the best teacher ever.   Mrs. Kluck-Spann was nominated by Liem Wills because she is always in a good mood and greets me every day.  Mrs. White was nominated by Riley Nelson because she is always nice and has a great smile.  Ms. Coleman was nominated by Neva Kushner because she is always teaching great lessons and she is always smiling. Mr. Bayne was nominated for a Staff Like by Jasmine Hibler because he is so excited to teach us which makes me want to know even more.
