Arts & Humanities Open House

Interested in a unique and challenging high school experience?  Arts & Humanities invites you to come to their Open House on Thursday, November 8 from 6-7 p.m.  Meet teachers and students, take a tour, and ask questions.  Visiting is a great opportunity to see in-depth everything Arts & Humanities has to offer you.   Please call Bobbi at 402-436-1785 with any questions.

Any 8th grader interested in having a READ poster made can pick up an application from their English teacher or the library.  Applications are due back to Mrs. Cejda by Tuesday Nov. 20.

Chimney Swift Club meets today in Ms. Hughes’ room, room 114. Don’t miss out on learning about the benefits of living in a flock.

Students – please check your school email.  The library has sent out overdue notices.  Mrs. Cejda will be very thankful to get all the overdue books back.

Friday, all Irving Students will be participating in our annual Veterans’ Day Assembly at 1:45 in the auditorium.  Students are encouraged to wear patriotic colors on Friday.  Traditionally at Irving for Vererans’ Day, 6th graders wear red, 7th graders wear white, and 8th graders wear blue.
